- WHERE ARE _THREE LITRES ACCESSORIES MADE?
Handmade in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia.
- HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once we receive your order, allow 2 to 3 business days for your item to be sent via Australia Post Express. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
If items are listed as PRE-ORDER, this indicates that we have sold out. Allow 2-3 weeks from the date of order for us to make and deliver your order. It is advised to contact us hello@threelitres.com to avoid disappointment.
If items are listed as 'Sold Out' we usually restock every 14 days. Or contact us hello@threelitres.com
- DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free, trackable Australia Post express shipping for orders over $100 within Australia. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We charge a fee for international shipping:
$20 for Australia Post International Standard shipping.
- Delivery estimate is 6-10 business days
- Tracking included
$35 for Australia Post Express International
- Delivery estimate is 2-4 business days between major metro areas
- Tracking and Signature on Delivery included
- WHAT PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

- HOW DOES THE REUSABLE WINE BLADDER WORK?
The _Three Litres backpack contains a functioning wine bladder in the front section of the bag. It is refillable and replaceable but it comes empty! sorry :)
There is a How To card that comes with every backpack.
To fill wine bladder - This can be done with the bladder still in the backpack.
- HOW TO I CARE FOR AND CLEAN MY ITEM?
The vinyl will wear and crease in its own unique way. The creases within the mirror-finish vinyl are not considered faults but an inherent characteristic and appeal of the design.
To clean, wipe with a clean, soft cloth.
Do not steam or iron.
- WHAT ARE THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES FOR AUSTRALIA POST?
Melbourne Metro, Sydney Metro, Canberra Metro, Brisbane Metro, Victoria Regional & Adelaide Metro, Perth Metro
1-3 business days
New South Wales, South Australia regional, Tasmania Metro, Darwin, Alice Springs & Queensland regional (Excluding Far North Queensland)
2 – 3 business days
Far North Queensland, Western Australia regional, Northern Territory Regional & Tasmania Remote

- WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS MISSING?
If an attempted delivery is made, and there is no one at the delivery address, Australia Post will leave a card at the address with information on where to retrieve your parcel from. However, we highly recommend using your provided tracking information to keep an eye on the progress of your delivery just in case your Australia Post card is misplaced or simply not received. This tracking information will keep you in the loop with up to date information on the status of your delivery.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived at it’s destination in the timeframe expected, please call Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. We also recommend visiting your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you.
- CUSTOMS FEE AND IMPORT RESTRICTIONS?
Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or import fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to research these fees and/or restrictions that are applicable and pay the incurred charges. We send all parcels through Australia Post and suggest that you check your country in the first instance at www.auspost.com.au. We also recommend contacting your local government body prior to ordering. e.g. customs & excise.
- PAYMENT OF DUTY FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL PARCELS?
If your parcel is stopped by customs for the payment of duties, you will be contacted directly by customs authorities. We highly recommend using your provided tracking information to keep an eye on the progress of your delivery to be aware of any pending customs duties. Once your parcel lands in your country, we advise you to then start using your national postage tracking service for shipment updates with more detailed information on the status of your delivery.
- RETURNS
Whilst we are confident you will love your _Three Litres item, if for some reason you are unhappy, we will offer you an exchange or refund strictly within 14 days from the date you received your item less the original shipping cost.
It must be unworn and in its original condition.
We do not offer free returns, therefore return postage must be covered by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns.
Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. _Three Litres takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
If you've opted for refund, your refund will be issued within 3 business days of us receiving your returned item/s. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund* has been finalised.
*Refunds may take up to 2 days to appear in your account depending on your method of payment.
